Build an MCP client

Connect a non-Claude / non-Cursor tool to the iCog MCP server.

The MCP server at https://api.cognitivx.io/mcp follows the MCP 0.x spec. Any client that speaks MCP-over-HTTP-SSE can connect with a bearer header.
