Forum operations
Seed and verify the CognitiveX Discourse forum.
Forum setup is automated by scripts/seed-forum.sh.
The script is idempotent. It creates or updates four categories, pins welcome
topics, uploads logo/favicon assets, applies basic brand settings, and imports
the local Discourse theme from deployment/discourse/cognitivex-theme.
Required environment

Run

The theme is installed as CognitiveX Forum and set as the default Discourse
theme. If a future Discourse upgrade changes the theme import API, the theme
files remain deployable through the admin UI or the official discourse_theme
CLI because they use the standard about.json, common/, desktop/, and
mobile/ layout.
