List the authenticated user's reflexes.

Returns a dict \{"reflexes": [...]\} where each row carries: id, description, trigger_type, action_type, status, is_active, last_fired_at.

Excludes nothing — paused reflexes (is_active=false) and pending_grant reflexes (status='pending_grant') are returned alongside active ones so Claude Code can show the user the full state and offer remediation. Status NULL is normalised to 'active' in the response.

Client usage

Call this tool through the hosted MCP endpoint at https://api.cognitivx.io/mcp/ with an authenticated MCP client. The local cogx CLI can also install the remote MCP server into supported agents.
