Replace an existing memory with corrected content. Gets a fresh embedding.

Use the memory ID from a recall result. Returns the new memory ID.

Args: memory_id: UUID of the memory to replace (from recall). content: New content to store.

Client usage

Call this tool through the hosted MCP endpoint at https://api.cognitivx.io/mcp/ with an authenticated MCP client. The local cogx CLI can also install the remote MCP server into supported agents.
